Remove the use of the keyboard for timesheet entry through use of barcodes.

Zeal Systems are pleased to share with you our simple Job Timesheet entry. This module allows factory staff to key their timesheet with little keyboard use. The diagram below shows the simple step by step instructions on how this takes place.

STEP ONE:

Employee Scans Start Barcode to Begin

Start Timesheet

STEP TWO:

Employee Scans Barcode next to their Picture

STEP THREE:

System opens up a new timesheet for that employee if their one isn't on the screen (timesheet will be identifiable by their photo displaying on timesheet screen).

STEP FIVE:

Once Finished, Scan Finish to Complete

FINISH TIMESHEET

STEP FOUR:

Employee scans in job code they were currently working on, the system will default the number of units from the start of the day (or end of last job) to the current time. This can be manually overwritten if keying multiple jobs at once or if allocated time not correct.

At end of day, timesheets are posted to confirm data entry for that day
