Subscription licensing in Accredo V8

Accredo now sells as a license.

• Existing users get the best of both worlds.
• • They still have perpetual use of the software i.e. you stop paying update subscription you still get to use Accredo indefinitely.
  • An existing user can buy Accredo software upfront/perpetual or License/Subscription. e.g. you can add another user either way.
  • NOTE:  Anything added as a subscription is under that model and not perpetual.
  • The Web Services module is only available for Purchase on a Subscription basis now. any other version needs to be upgraded prior to getting this module.

How to install things and see your subscriptions details.

⚙️Clicking on the Accredo Button under File > System > License details - System Tab  will update the license, any modules and Max users amount via Accredo. Note: you may still need everyone out for this to process.

 Important Notes

• If the system sub expires, Accredo will not let you log in at all. Users will not have access to the data at all
• Accredo will check subscription status and version check for the site when Accredo is started up that day.
• • Green Tick  = Perpetual License or Subscription has > 14 days left
  • Yellow Warning  = Subscription has <= 14 days left
  • Red  = Communication failure, was unable to connect to server.
• For the version check, green = latest build, yellow = update available.
